I ordered a cell phone case with my dog’s face. The first one was not good as only showed down to her nose. Her mouth and chin was cut off. I was sent a corrected one at no charge. Also, I paid an extra $20 fir shipping for Father’s Day and did not receive until after Father’s Day so the I was credit for shipping.

The product is great! I have zero complaints about the artwork or quality of my purchase. My reason for 4 stars is entirely customer service based. I ordered this phone case 11/27/20 for a Christmas gift. It was delivered 12/28. I was disappointed that I was receiving very generic responses when I inquired about my order status. At one point I was told my order had just gone into production on 12/18. I also paid extra for the digital file and had to email requesting the artwork multiple times, which I finally received in January. If I plan to order from here again, I will make sure to give myself 2 months of lead time for when I need the product.

I love the phone case and that it reminds me of Tucker all the time! I think because his fur is black, it’s a bit harder to see the features than it is maybe for lighter colored pets but I still love it

Really loved how the items came out. We ordered a phone case as well. Only downside was it took a very very long time to get to us. We ordered in May and didn’t receive both items until July. That being said we are in a pandemic so it was somewhat to be expected. Overall super happy with the end product.

Took a little while to receive (but the art has to be created first, then printed on the phone case, packaged & shipped... plus COVID delays... so understandable), and I wish there was better updates on the status early on in the process (order received... straight to order shipped.), but once I got it I LOVED it! It is so cute, looks just like my pet & the case itself seems pretty durable. I have dropped it a couple of times since and had no issues! Not even scratches on the case.
