Artist Illustration & Delivery
Once you submit your order, our artists get to work on digitally-illustrating your portrait.
1.) Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
2.) Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.
3.) Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.

Yes! We create portraits for unique pets around the world. From cute bunnies to pet birds. Odds are, if it's an animal, we will create a portrait for you. Please note: at this time we do not create portraits of humans (no matter how cute you are!).
Yes! We are happy to help with changes to your pet portrait order as long as you reach out to support@westandwillow.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed.
After 30 minutes most changes, including address updates, can no longer be made. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.
In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews or proofs. But don't worry! If your provided photo won't make the best portrait, we’ll reach out to you for a new one. Be sure to review Image Guidelines here .

I just bought my third pet portrait to add to my wall of my pups!! I smile every time I walk in the door and see my girls up there! West & Willow even sent me new frames because the manufacturer as different from a few years back and they weren’t a perfect match but they corrected that issue!!
I so loved my cup with my pup's photo, so I ordered 2 more, one for my friend's pup and another for her spouse, for her birthday. She adored them and this is the photo she sent me of their prominent place in her cupboard. Two views, one as a pup and one as an adult. I've ordered this portrait of each of my pets, once they are gone. I love the little art display I have created in my office - and although the animals are gone, I still feel like they're with me when I glance up at the display.

The final product certainly nailed what my wife was looking for. This was an extra special order placed as a remembrance for my wife’s dog, Zoey. Very satisfied. I had such a great experience with this! It’s such a fun product, and I love how it turned out. I set it up in my dog room, and it honestly makes me smile every time I look at their faces 😂 One tip — I’d definitely recommend taking your photo in natural light (ideally outside). I ran into a few lighting issues with mine, but even with that, the final result was still amazing. Also, customer service was great to work with — super helpful and responsive. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I’m honestly so grateful for this portrait. Blair recently passed, and this means more to me than I can even explain. When I opened it, I just froze for a moment. It really felt like I was looking at her again. The details are so beautiful — especially her eyes and the way her fur was captured. It looks exactly like the photo I sent, but somehow it feels even more special.
Great artistry and wonderful staff and company to work with. We had an issue with the portrait we received but with no questions asked, they re-did the portrait using our recommendations and now it's perfect. We absolutely love it and most likely will be having other pet portraits done too.

This was the 4th time I’ve given a rendering as a memorial gift. Each time your work has been cherished by the recipient. Bessie’s story is amazing. She was rescued with a 3 lb tumor from the streets, also pregnant. She had a miracle pup, surgery no one thought she would survive and lived her best bossy beagle life for years after. Her “Mom” cried when she opened this gift.
