West & Willow pet portraits are expertly printed on museum-quality giclée Epson matte paper that will give your art a polished and professional look. We use plexiglass since it is much stronger and safer alternative than glass and other plastics. Plexiglass is also much more durable and shatter resistant.
The matte finish semi-hardwood frames are made from renewable forests come with hanging hardware so you don't waste any time hanging your masterpiece on the wall. We have Alder, semi-hardwood frames with that is lightweight & easy to hang
You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait. We love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to pups!

I just bought my third pet portrait to add to my wall of my pups!! I smile every time I walk in the door and see my girls up there! West & Willow even sent me new frames because the manufacturer as different from a few years back and they weren’t a perfect match but they corrected that issue!!

I've ordered this portrait of each of my pets, once they are gone. I love the little art display I have created in my office - and although the animals are gone, I still feel like they're with me when I glance up at the display.

I had such a great experience with this! It’s such a fun product, and I love how it turned out. I set it up in my dog room, and it honestly makes me smile every time I look at their faces 😂 One tip — I’d definitely recommend taking your photo in natural light (ideally outside). I ran into a few lighting issues with mine, but even with that, the final result was still amazing. Also, customer service was great to work with — super helpful and responsive. Overall, I highly recommend it!

I’m honestly so grateful for this portrait. Blair recently passed, and this means more to me than I can even explain. When I opened it, I just froze for a moment. It really felt like I was looking at her again. The details are so beautiful — especially her eyes and the way her fur was captured. It looks exactly like the photo I sent, but somehow it feels even more special.
Great artistry and wonderful staff and company to work with. We had an issue with the portrait we received but with no questions asked, they re-did the portrait using our recommendations and now it's perfect. We absolutely love it and most likely will be having other pet portraits done too.

This was the 4th time I’ve given a rendering as a memorial gift. Each time your work has been cherished by the recipient. Bessie’s story is amazing. She was rescued with a 3 lb tumor from the streets, also pregnant. She had a miracle pup, surgery no one thought she would survive and lived her best bossy beagle life for years after. Her “Mom” cried when she opened this gift.

I had received a portrait of my dog when she passed and I love it so much, that I wanted to get one for my parent’s dogs that are no longer with us. The first portrait I received had some differences than the picture I submitted, so I reached out to customer service with my concerns and they were great. They re-created the portrait to reflect the image I sent and it’s beautiful.
