Our frame mouldings on black, white and walnut frames are 1 inch. Final framed dimensions are:
8x10" -> 10x12"
12x16"- > 14x18"
18x24" -> 20x26"
West & Willow pet portraits are expertly printed on museum-quality giclée Epson matte paper that will give your art a polished and professional look. We use plexiglass since it is much stronger and safer alternative than glass and other plastics. Plexiglass is also much more durable and shatter resistant.
The matte finish semi-hardwood frames are made from renewable forests come with hanging hardware so you don't waste any time hanging your masterpiece on the wall. We have Alder, semi-hardwood frames with that is lightweight & easy to hang
You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait. We love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to pups!
We offer limited edition backgrounds every season for an additional $10. Once the season has passed, those limited editions will never be available for purchase again. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when new options drop!

Absolutely beautiful pet portrait! I purchased this as a gift for my mom with our family’s pups and it exceeded all expectations. The details are incredible, the likeness of each pet is spot on, and the overall design is so clean and elegant. It looks even better in person than online.

I received my picture about a month before Christmas and I chose to wait till Christmas to open it as it was a gift to myself. It felt like the excitement you get as a child and the surprise was worth the wait. I’m very happy with it and it came out fantastic. I showed it to my cats and they just kept looking at it. Absolutely love it! I got both the larger frame and the digital. I actually didn’t read the instructions beforehand and chose photos of them all laying down but they still made it work.
Great quality and amazing customer service as well. One of the photos I sent was a little dark and they reached out to get a better quality so the likeliness would match my little fur baby 100%.

I wasn’t thinking when I chose the black background and forgot I had a black cat lol
But even then I think it captured what we see in the dark when looking at her. It was the best purchase we made and definitely will be making other ones
Had a portrait made with my four cats that passed away over the years as a memorial for them. I took photos of pictures to use. It turned out precious!
I appreciate that West and Willow took the time to correct my order when one of my pets came out looking not so great. My assigned contact, Merdae was so helpful and responsive and didn't stop until it was corrected and shipped out to me. Amazing customer service and the product is now hanging product in my foyer!

Wonderful experience overall! A photo wasn’t correct and I was reached out by a lovely customer support woman who not only complimented my Gryffindor, but also gave guidance and a link to get the best photo. After sending in 2 different photos, she responded with the photo that did work. Really responsive and the artwork turned out so beautiful! It made the person I gifted it to get misty eyed. Loved it . I picked a picture with 4 of my mom's fur babies (one of them passed on but was so loved) & it looks just liked them and captured all their uniqueness. There are 3 dogs and one cat. I can't wait to give it to

Beautiful art showcasing my past and current furry loves! I selected the black frame option. I think when it was packaged the frame snagged on something possibly as a sliver was pulled away from the black frame. Filled it in with a black sharpie to be less noticeable.
