Our frame mouldings on black, white and walnut frames are 1 inch. Final framed dimensions are:
8x10" -> 10x12"

West & Willow pet portraits are expertly printed on museum-quality giclée Epson matte paper that will give your art a polished and professional look. We use plexiglass since it is much stronger and safer alternative than glass and other plastics. Plexiglass is also much more durable and shatter resistant.
The matte finish semi-hardwood frames are made from renewable forests come with hanging hardware so you don't waste any time hanging your masterpiece on the wall. We have Alder, semi-hardwood frames with that is lightweight & easy to hang
You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait. We love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to pups!
We offer limited edition backgrounds every season for an additional $10. Once the season has passed, those limited editions will never be available for purchase again. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when new options drop!

I ordered a memorial portrait for our beloved family pet, Coco, who passed away over three months ago. The initial portrait was delivered on time, but with incorrect dimensions. Upon contacting Customer Service, they promptly replaced it, yet the second portrait also had incorrect dimensions. However, as the saying goes, the third time's a charm: the third portrait arrived with the correct dimensions and exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much for helping us fondly remember Coco with this beautiful portrait. We now have a new pet, but Coco's memories will remain with us forever.

I absolutely love the portrait and I love the customer service I received when my portrait wasn’t done correctly when I first received it. I ordered this for a gift for my husband and we are both thrilled with how well it turned out! Initially, the order was incorrect as the halo and dates were missing from the portrait. That was really important to me to have included to honour our late boy, Ollie. I reached out to customer service and they were prompt in their responses and gave me a few options to rectify the issue. I’m super happy with how they responded and the finished product.
