Our frame mouldings on black, white and walnut frames are 1 inch. Final framed dimensions are:
8x10" -> 10x12"
12x16"- > 14x18"
18x24" -> 20x26"
West & Willow pet portraits are expertly printed on museum-quality giclée Epson matte paper that will give your art a polished and professional look. We use plexiglass since it is much stronger and safer alternative than glass and other plastics. Plexiglass is also much more durable and shatter resistant.
The matte finish semi-hardwood frames are made from renewable forests come with hanging hardware so you don't waste any time hanging your masterpiece on the wall. We have Alder, semi-hardwood frames with that is lightweight & easy to hang
You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait. We love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to pups!
We offer limited edition backgrounds every season for an additional $10. Once the season has passed, those limited editions will never be available for purchase again. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when new options drop!

Bruce was our beautiful English Bulldog who was taken too soon at just 4 years old. Our favourite family name for him was ‘Baba Bruce’. We all miss him terribly- he was a huge part of the McGuinness family 💔

The first print of my dog was not to the picture I sent. Our dog who passed away had beautiful blue eyes and this was not reflected. I reached out to customer service and they worked to resolved the issue. They sent us a new print which was so much better. Very impressed with their service.

The picture was cute and looks just like the picture I sent. The frame was very light, a bit cheap feeling unfortunately.
I got this for a family member that recently lost a beloved pet of 12.5 years and the artwork was incredible. He was a very beloved dog and losing him has been very emotional and difficult. This went above and beyond my expectations and I absolutely recommend this for anyone to honor their pet.

I ordered this for my close friend as she just recently lost her dog of 16 years. The original one that was received was missing some of the words that I put on the portrait, and Customer Service was quick to rectify the problem. My friend received the revised portrait and it is perfect.

I wanted to have a picture of Sparky's beautiful face around me forever even though she had recently passed away. The rendering from West and Willow was a perfect way to keep her around and remember what a good dog she was and how much she was loved. The little halo above her head captures her personality. My friend was moved to tears when she received the memorial picture of her sweet dog. I received a picture a year earlier for my dog that I will treasure for a lifetime. Thank you for making such beautiful memories.
Based on their Today Show publicity, I placed an order such that I would receive it in time for Christmas. It was delivered quickly. The artwork was excellent, but the frame was damaged and the paper the art was printed on had a visible flaw (a dark spot). I brought their attention to the defects and they promptly agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately the birch wood frame was not available so we agreed they could send white instead, along with the digital art. The digital art was sent right away. The replacement arrived after Christmas. After I received the replacement, in early February I received two replacement pieces, both with the right birch wood frame. One of the pieces was perfect in every way, so I am happy about that. The other one had excess dried glue on the face of the frame. So all in all, the product delivered was good, but there was lots of drama and emailing back and forth to get it right.
It was the best gift to give after a friends fur baby passing. He absolutely loved it and hung it right when he got home. Would be more than happy to getting another photo done when the time comes

I had an exceptional experience and even better customer service. Our CS representative was Andrian and they could not have more responsive, understanding and professional. Our first portrait had to be redone. While it was indeed lovely, perfect almost, it was missing a nuance that was specific to our beloved family member. Our pups left eye was half blue and now that I look, it was difficult to see from the picture I had submitted.. When I reached out, asking if something could be done, the response was incredible. I was assured that it could be corrected and that my input would be taken every step in assuring it was corrected and accurate. I was made to feel like a valuable customer and I appreciated it. We received the revised portrait today and it’s perfect. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Andrian for your kindness, compassion and prompt and professional follow ups and emails. We are very grateful.
My Newfoundland, Tonka, passed away from cancer at the age of six. We miss her tremendously and ordered this to bring us comfort. It did! It’s beautiful and she looks at us with the same face she used to use when waking us up! Love it!
