Wonderful customer service! My sweater was actually redone because the original didn’t quite capture my dog perfectly. West & Willow was incredibly responsive, understanding, and eager to address my concerns. The end result exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my sweater, it makes me smile every time I wear it. The quality is excellent, the colour is beautiful, and the likeness of my dog is perfect. 10/10, I would definitely recommend!
I am obsessed with my custom sweatshirt from West Willow! They took a photo I sent of my golden retriever, and turned it into the most adorable embroidered design. The detail is incredible, and it looks just like him! It’s such a sweet and personal piece that I’ll treasure forever. If you’re a pet parent, I seriously can’t recommend West & Willow enough. This would make the perfect gift too!
I cannot say enough good things about this website. They were so easy to work with in fine tuning the embroidery on my husband's sweatshirt. It turned out absolutely beautiful. My Husband wears his sweatshirt all the time as it has his little princess perfectly pictured on it. Highly recommend this company. The quality of the sweatshirt was amazing also.

I like the quality of the embroidery, how it looks really similar to our dog. I think it is kind of expensive for what it is tho. I’d imagine it a little bigger for the price. Overall I’d recommend it!

LOVED the sweatshirt and my friend who received it as a gift loved it too! The one thing I would suggest is putting it in something that says where it is from, similar to the boxes that the pet prints are placed. I had to tell my friend where it came from since there was no West & Willow card, branded tissue paper, or tshirt label that identified the brand or where it came from. Great product and would definitely recommend :)

This was a gift for a friend who loves black, so I chose black thread on a black crew neck. I was very curious how the art would turn out without using colored thread, and it ended up great! Friends and family were able to recognize the dog on the sweater, and the recipient of a gift is quite happy with the subtlety of the black on black embroidery.
